What You'll Do Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service Execute a consultative sales process from initial contact through delivery Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, features, and financing options Follow up with prospective and current customers to ensure satisfaction Work collaboratively with team members across departments What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-first mindset Self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Sales experience is a plus but not requiredwe train the right people!
