Make outbound calls/emails to prospective customers from a provided list. Mainly email, call when necessary. Explore and develop new
customers/industries
that are not listed. Introduce and explain company products/services to potential clients. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups. Schedule appointments or follow-up conversations for the sales specialist or sales manager as needed.
