Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today. About the Position
Take ownership of building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for the sales team by sourcing and qualifying business prospects. Manage a high volume of activity, including emails, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and calls, with the ultimate goal to set meetings with qualified customers to discuss our services. Critically evaluate our sales process and service to give us feedback on what resonates with customers and what doesn't. Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation activities based on deals won and lost. Experiment and iterate to create high-converting, personalized customer introductions explaining our services. Manage sales lead data in Salesforce to provide visibility to optimize lead generation activities. 1-2 years experience in sales or sales development. A proven track record of sales success at tech companies, large or small. A true passion for the products we're building, including good working knowledge of APIs, data, and web technology.
