*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Utility Installation Foreman to lead and supervise utility installation crews on construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring the safe, efficient, and quality execution of utility infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, construction site experience, and technical knowledge of utility systems.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and supervise utility installation crews to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans related to utility systems and pipelines
* Coordinate daily work activities with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency
* Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and enforce safety protocols across the job site
* Conduct quality control inspections to verify proper installation techniques and adherence to project specifications
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience supervising utility installation or heavy civil construction projects
* Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and construction site safety practices
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to pipelines and utilities
* Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively
* Construction site experience with an emphasis on utility infrastructure projects
