Role Summary: Join Associated Bank's AIS Centralized Sales Support team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to financial advisors and clients. In this role, you'll help streamline investment and insurance operations, support client account management, and contribute to a high-quality client experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in financial services while building strong operational and client service expertise. Key Accountabilities
Support investment and insurance sales activities by opening new client accounts and maintaining accurate client records. Provide responsive service to advisors and clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and processing transactions. Manage transaction workflows by submitting documentation, monitoring pending activities, and ensuring timely completion. Maintain compliance with banking and regulatory requirements, including BSA and KYC/KYA/CIP standards. Coordinate with operations teams to support account maintenance, documentation, and commission processes. Enter and maintain financial planning data, CRM updates, and client activity records accurately and efficiently. Assist with audit preparation and documentation gathering to support risk management and compliance efforts. Collaborate with team members on onboarding, training, and departmental projects as needed. Education & Experience
Required: Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Less than 2 years of experience in the financial services industry. Experience supporting investment, insurance, or banking operations. Familiarity with CRM systems and financial account administration processes. Why You'll Love Working Here
