Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring effective execution across assigned retail accounts. This role focuses on sales performance and customer relationship management to optimize product availability, visibility, and overall account performance. The Sales Representative partners with store personnel to identify opportunities, place orders, execute promotional initiatives, and support strong in-store execution in alignment with company guidelines. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned territory and execute daily store visits according to established routes and schedules Drive sales by identifying opportunities, recommending orders, and supporting promotional programs Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers Ensure product availability through effective order management and inventory coordination with store teams Support execution of promotional programs, including placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials and secondary displays when applicable Monitor pricing accuracy, promotional execution, and overall in-store conditions Track and report out-of-stock items, returns, and other inventory-related issues Maintain accurate and timely records of store visits, activities, and performance using company systems Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and support customer onboarding when applicable Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail (CPG preferred) Experience in direct store delivery environments is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Key Competencies Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively High attention to detail and organizational skills Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Adaptability in a fast-paced, field-based environment Additional Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance Ability to travel daily within assigned territory Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs) Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.
