Expectations: Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist for IPS you will work to increase sales, provide customer service, and support the Service Center in sales
distribution activities./pulliProvide timely customer service, purchasing, and supplier management support/liliCreate quotes for customer orders and communicate with the sales team to ensure accuracy/liliProcess customer orders and advise on availability, correct part numbers, shipping charges and price/liliEstablish long-term customer relationships utilizing sales techniques, policies and philosophies of the company, and service center capabilities/liliConsult with appropriate management on problems involving pricing, specifications, warranties, and service adaptations/liliHave thorough knowledge of competition in the marketplace and competitive bid situations/liliTimely and accurate selection and procurement of motors and other electrical equipment from suppliers/liliAnalyze and understand customer requirements/liliSupport sales team with invoicing, parts ordering, and researching most cost effective options/liliResponsible for investigation and resolution of customer complaints/liliCoordinate customer service objectives with departmental and service center operations/liliProvide customer and sales correspondence including, tracing of shipments, order processing, customer credits and inventories/li/ulpQualifications and Competencies:/pulliAbility to process high transactional volume/liliCustomer-focused mentality/liliGreat communication skills/liliMust be self
motivated and a team player/liliProfessional phone and email etiquette/liliAbility to multi-task/liliGood technological proficiency, Office Suite, Inventory
Database Systems/liliBe able to report and work daily in the Meridian facility/liliIndustrial Inside Sales background preferred but not required/liliNew motor or electrical component knowledge preferred but not required/li/ulpYoull thrive at IPS if you
