  • We offer competitive hourly pay with shift differential incentives.

  • Schedule: Friday- Sunday 6p-630a

  • This role is eligible for a $20,000 sign‑on bonus

Required Qualifications Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology Required

Certifications
  • ARRT‑R (Radiography)

  • ARRT‑CT – ARRT Computed Tomography

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association

Core Responsibilities
  • Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines, use your technical knowledge to capture quality diagnostic images

  • Work independently operating imaging or radiographic equipment safely and adjusting techniques to maintain diagnostic quality at the lowest reasonable dose (ALARA)

  • Clean, disinfect, and maintain rooms or equipment per infection control schedules; identify and report equipment issues promptly

  • Obtain clinical history and screen for contraindications; verify orders and two unique patient identifiers before any exam

  • Explain procedures, prep, and post‑care clearly using AIDET; address questions and reduce patient anxiety

  • Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety; provide age‑appropriate care throughout the visit

  • Perform exams and administer contrast per protocol, using venipuncture and sterile technique when applicable

  • Position patients correctly and apply markers, shielding, and immobilization as indicated

  • Review images for diagnostic acceptability; repeat or correct as needed and release patients appropriately

  • Complete accurate, timely documentation and ensure studies are correctly finalized in RIS/PACS (including transfers/retrieval, CDs, and prior exam retrieval as needed)

  • Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and help maintain and restock crash cart and life‑support equipment as required

  • Organize daily workflows to meet expected timeframes; collaborate with technologists/modalities to support department flow

  • Support operations and compliance, keep areas orderly and stocked, transport patients safely, complete charging/clerical tasks, follow regulatory requirements, and escalate issues to the supervisor
