Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This newly created position offers an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support
  • Process customer orders accurately from entry through fulfillment and delivery
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
  • Support inside sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and account information within company systems
  • Assist with general sales support and administrative functions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accounts are aligned and serviced effectively
Required Experience:
  • 35 years of customer service, account management, or inside sales experience
  • Experience in food & beverage, distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or a similar industry preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively engaging with customers
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, order management systems, and Microsoft Office
