The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and ensuring store standards and compliance.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and knowledge of industry terms and processes. Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, and operating a motor vehicle with a valid state-issued license.
