Technical Sales Coordinator
Position Summary Technical Sales Coordinator is a career opportunity for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, mechanical aptitude and good organizational ability. We are looking for an individual who has Customer Service experience and is well organized. The Technical Sales Coordinator becomes the point of reference for Customers, Regional Managers, Engineering and Factory Personnel by managing workload, keeping schedules, providing feedback, documentation and information. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Customers in a professional manner by telephone and email
Handle Customer inquiries: o Order Status o Pricing o Quotes o Parts availability
Research trailer parts information (catalogs and websites)
Understand engineering drawings (trailer parts)
Complete Sales related tasks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mechanically inclined
Computer Proficient (MS Office)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
A team player with high level of dedication
Customer Service Experience (Experience in Sales, as a Sales Coordinator or other administrative position preferred)
English Spanish Bilingual (preferred)
Associate degree (preferred) Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment. Salary Range: $25- $28 an hour
