Under the supervision of the patient transport supervisor, patient transport lead, and dispatcher, the transporter is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation and/or escort of patients and other miscellaneous items, following department policies and procedures. Transporter will also be responsible for patient companions/sitter by providing a safe environment for the patient.
QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or GED (preferred)
License/Certification: BLS (required within 30 days)
Experience: Customer service experience (preferred)
