Inside Sales Representative
Responsible for nurturing leads, increasing webinar attendance, and converting warm prospects into buyers for the company's core training programs and packages. This is a fast-paced, metric-driven opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys closing deals, and building strong customer relationships.
Pay & Schedule:
- $17 - $18/hour + Commission
- In-person position
- Sunday Thursday: 12:00PM 8:00PM
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties:
- Follow up with new leads, existing prospects, and cold leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Must have 2 year's experience inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Communicating with leads before webinars to boost attendance and reduce no-shows
- Use approved scripts to overcome objections and close sales
- Follow up with webinar attendees who did not purchase
- Re-engage no-shows and schedule them for future webinars
- Guide warm prospects through the purchasing process for training programs and packages
- Maintain accurate notes and activity updates in CRM systems
- Track influenced sales, conversions, and daily outreach activity
- Participate in daily huddles and weekly performance reviews
- Consistently meet sales goals, quotas, and KPIs
- Strong communication skills via phone, Zoom, text, and email
- Confident handling objections and closing deals
- Knowledge of sales pipelines, lead qualifications, and follow-up strategies
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
