Brand Ambassador

Serves customers and company by facilitating sales operations and acting as an intermediary between sales, operations, fulfillment and logistics.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Visit accounts on the road for industry specific events
• Attend company promotions and events to represent Buckeye Relief
• Set up merchandising tables
• Attend shows and industry events and represent Buckeye Relief
• Generate leads and facilitate sales while in the field
• Visit accounts for business development
• Attend/facilitate events, meals, experiences for customers and their staff
• Liaise with sales and marketing to facilitate orders, merchandise and swag
• Report back to company on a daily basis about goings-on in the field
• Attend marketing and sales meetings on a weekly basis
• Elevate the brand of Buckeye Relief

Qualifications/Skills

• Sales and Operations experience
• Flexible work schedule
• Proficiency at remote work
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Willingness to spend long hours on the road and travel on a daily basis.
• Technical Skills
• Willingness to adopt to new software
• Detailed proficiency with ERP, CRM, e-commerce and other sales software
• Experience with METRC
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Adaptability to new software & programs
• Thorough understanding of the rules of the Ohio Medical Marijuana Program
• Customer service experience
• Communication skills and etiquette
• Comfortable in a collaborative start-up environment
• Available 9-5 Mon-Sat (40 hr work week)
