Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Service Manager based in Yanceyville & Durham, NC, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales & Service Operations Manager will oversee daily sales and service operations, ensure process efficiency, and manage team performance. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with operational standards and collaborating with other departments to support organizational goals. Qualifications Proven expertise in operations management, organizational development, strategic planning, and/or team leadership Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and budget management Knowledge and compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices Proficiency in data analysis, using metrics to drive decision-making Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and project management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Familiarity with industrial industries is advantageous What we offer Competitive compensation based on experience, Salary + Bonus Annual OTE between $70K and $100K (Total Compensation Package) Company Vehicle Top-tier benefits, including: QESHRA Health Insurance Reimbursement for both employees and their families 401(k) with significant company contribution Paid vacation and sick leave Technology Package 8 additional paid days off during the Christmas holiday Paid covered On-site parking in the Downtown Durham Historic American Tobacco Campus – easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and covered parking.
