Inside Sales Representative
Location: Tomball, Tx
Description: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by actively engaging with existing customers and generating new leads through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels. Qualify leads and prioritize sales opportunities based on customer needs, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding market reach. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure repeat business. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of air compressor systems and related products (preferred). Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques.
