divh2Sales Representative/h2pLets cut to the chase, we know youre sick of reading job ads...if youre a salesperson, you know exactly what you bring to the table, and what you are looking for in a job./ppThis is a salary plus incentive comp position with an opportunity for you to earn $125,000 in the next 12 months if youre good. $150,000 if youre very good and more than $150,000, plus coffee if youre a real closer. Were only looking for real closers./ppThis is NOT a passive order-taking job. This is an aggressive outbound sales, business development, account management, make-something-happen, opportunity with objective measurements and metrics, which will directly impact your compensation./ppMembers of our team must be able to operate in relative isolation from the rest of the team, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and still achieve highly objective performance measurements./ppYou must be tech-friendly (well provide training for someone who wants to learn), highly organized, and very motivated to be successful./ppResponsibilities/pulliDrive new business by identifying and engaging potential clients in the legal industry, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities./liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to meet their evolving needs./liliConduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and client challenges, positioning our solutions effectively./liliCollaborate with the sales team to create and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals./liliUtilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance metrics./liliPrepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our services./liliNegotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term partnerships with clients in Philadelphia, PA, and beyond./li/ulpQualifications/pulliA strong interest in consultative solutions selling. You see sales as a service you perform for PNCs, not as something you are doing to them./liliA proven track record utilizing a consultative sales approach./liliA proven track record in telephone sales./liliDemonstrated, proven success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing customers./liliExperience and proficiency with MS Excel; Experience with Mailchimp and Lawmatics is desirable but not required./liliSelf-motivating
you set short-term and long-term goals and use them to keep you engaged with your goals as well as firm goals./liliIndependent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills./liliProactive, can-do attitude, with great follow-through and resourcefulness, along with attention to detail./liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent./liliKnowledge of the legal industry is an asset, but is not required./liliReal-life experience
