The role allows hybrid working with a requirement to go on-site 2 days per week.
The successful Cyber Security Lead who is comfortable operating at a senior advisory level within a complex, highly regulated environment. You will work closely with the Deputy CISO to accelerate strategic cyber transformation, drive policy uplift, strengthen security culture and provide leadership-level insight across a broad and high-profile portfolio.
You will need proven experience working with the following:
Developing, refreshing and embedding cyber security policies, standards and procedures, including tracking adoption and compliance Portfolio oversight and RAG reporting, with the ability to escalate and drive remediation of misalignments Horizon scanning and translating emerging threats into clear leadership briefings and recommendations Stakeholder engagement at senior level, including coordinating the resolution of complex and high-profile cyber issues Supporting cyber profession standards in collaboration with HR and L&D functions...
