In this role, you’ll be the main inbound contact for customers in your portfolio, managing enquiries, processing orders, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll also identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, helping the team achieve regional sales targets.
About the Role• Manage inbound customer calls and enquiries
• Build strong customer relationships across the region
• Identify sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Process stock and indent orders accurately and efficiently
• Create and maintain price lists and pricing terms
• Keep CRM records up to date for clear business visibility
• Negotiate pricing within company guidelines, with TAM support
• Escalate customer opportunities, technical issues, or pipeline updates as needed
• Work closely with Telephone Account Managers to support sales growth
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
