Position Responsibilities:
* Analyze data using established tools and processes to create routing plans, load plans, reports, and performance metrics * Serve as an escalation point for load planners and support freight execution at the load level. * Investigate and resolve freight payment discrepancies * Support the carrier management process, including performance tracking and relationship management * Act as a subject matter expert in carrier capacity, dock scheduling, and rate management within the E2open Transportation Management System * Partner with stakeholders on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives * Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree
