Warehouse Operator Dublin (On-Site) Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operator to join their team. This is a varied role in a busy environment, supporting engineers and ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations. This position will suit someone practical, organised and comfortable working with equipment, stock control and day-to-day warehouse activities. The Role: Manage and maintain the warehouse, including equipment and spare parts. Load and offload vehicles, including coordinating and scheduling transport. Receive incoming stock and accurately book it onto the system. Store stock in the correct warehouse locations. Prepare and issue spare parts for engineers. Maintain stock levels, particularly fast-moving items. Place purchase orders with group and third-party suppliers. Ensure engineers hold appropriate stock levels at all times. Manage daily dispatch of stock to engineers. Handle recycling and scrapping of parts as required. Carry out regular stock checks and inventory control. Prepare materials and door panels, including cutting and painting. The Person: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Valid forklift licence and practical experience operating forklifts. Experience using power tools, particularly circular saws. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Full clean driving licence. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary & Benefits: Salary: €38,000 €44,000 (depending on experience) Overtime payment available Company pension scheme Additional Information: This role involves manual handling and some heavy lifting as part of daily duties.
