CNA Per Diem

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Help patients with eating, drinking, and medication management
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines
• Collaborate with other caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
