The role will include: • Processing and managing customer orders • Monitoring delivery schedules and order progress • Liaising with production, logistics, and internal departments • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email • Providing pricing information and quotations • Resolving customer issues and complaints professionally • Supporting and managing key customer accounts
We are looking for someone with: • Previous experience within customer service, sales support, account management, or administration • Strong communication and organisational skills • Good Microsoft Office knowledge • A proactive and team-focused attitude • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks • SAP or ERP system experience would be advantageous
