Are you passionate about plants, turf, or pest controland love helping others succeed? BWI is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can bring industry knowledge and top-tier customer service to a fast-paced sales environment.
In this role, you won't just be answering phonesyou'll be the go-to expert for BWI's customers and sales team. Whether it's guiding product usage, promoting new items, or solving challenges, your voice will make a difference.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be a trusted advisor for BWI sales reps and customersanswering product, availability, and usage questions.
- Field incoming calls from prospective customers and guide them through our offerings.
- Share details about our product lines, pricing, delivery schedules, and credit options.
- Help keep our showroom sharp, stocked, and welcoming.
- Enter phone orders accurately and efficiently.
- Call existing and potential customers to promote exciting new products and seasonal promotions.
- Partner with outside sales reps to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Support local walk-in customers with product knowledge and order support.
- Resolve customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset and a service-first attitude.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in agronomy, horticulture, or pest control.
