We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory in the Saginaw area. This role offers a strong foundation of existing business, along with opportunity for expansion! The ideal candidate will bring some familiarity with fasteners or industrial products, combined with a willingness to learn our systems, processes, and approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an established book of business within the assigned territory
• Develop new customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain regular in-person contact with customers to build long-term partnerships
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate fastener and product solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction
• Stay organized and proactive in managing sales activities and follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with fasteners, industrial distribution, or related products is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific processes and product knowledge
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory
