As a caregiver, you'll be relied upon to assist seniors with life at Sundale.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Provide exceptional personal care & hygiene assistance to a group of residents.
• Engage with each resident by providing companionship and emotional support
• Assists residents with medication as defined in medication procedures.
• Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information of residents (HIPAA)
• Documentation by electronic or paper as needed and required by regulations.
• Administer medication under the direction of a licensed or registered nurse.
• Responsible for observing, reporting, and documenting changes in residents.
• Maintains residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
