Shift Manager

Assign team members with tasks to be completed each shift

Setting performance goals for team members

Properly resolve problems as they arise without the direction of management

Manage multiple projects as well as team members

Report to the assistant or general manager to review goals and production

Maintaining a professional and safe work environment

Paid weekly ($9.50 to $18.00 per hour DOE)

Be in full uniform

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to stand for an entire shift

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push

Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)

Frequent contact of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry, and produce items

Frequent washing of your hands
