Maintains all break-fix and optimization documentation in the IT customer support system.
Performs daily application support for clinical applications as assigned.
Maintains application dictionaries and configuration for procedure codes, application security, etc.
Performs reconciliation of all system errors and image exception reports.
Maintains Epic interface error work-queues from downstream systems.
Trains end users on clinical applications in Radiology, Cardiology, Neurology and other service lines.
Ability to execute ad-hoc reports and distribute to stakeholders on request.
Ability to create workflow, technical troubleshooting and end users tipsheet documentation.
Performs application interface testing with Epic and other downstream systems.
Participates in 24 x 7 on-calls support rotation.
What you need? Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent education, training and/or experience. 1-2 years' experience providing analytical support of administrative and/or clinical applications. Prior experience with clinical application workflow, MS Windows and UNIX Operating System, PC hardware and network troubleshooting. Prior experience with system reconciliation process of patient orders and results .
