The Digital Data Analyst contractor provides input and support for Insights generation for digital experiences. This position collaborates with the data team to ensure effective delivery of digital experience insights. He/She provides knowledge, development, maintenance, and support for insights data driven tools/ processes using various MarTech applications. Job Duties This position will create, maintain, and publish & share insight dashboards using various tools. He/She will be using applications such as Web Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, Data Warehouse to investigate potential issues and gaps, and report back using most applicable presentation tools. This candidate needs to use data analytics & modeling skills to analyze digital, operational, session replay, VOC, customer call center, and other data sources to deliver Insights that will improve digital experiences at UPS. He/She will need to understand how audiences are created in Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), and how to leverage these audiences for robust Insights.
