This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on digital marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company’s full digital marketing function, driving customer acquisition, lead generation and measurable growth across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the overall digital marketing strategy • Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta and YouTube • Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, local SEO and content planning • Improve website performance, user experience and conversion rates • Drive high-quality inbound leads while reducing acquisition costs • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI and KPIs • Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console • Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and business growth • Coordinate external agencies, freelancers and suppliers where required • Su...
