Dental Assistant

We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and friendly Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team in Arcata, CA.
This is an entry to intermediate level position with opportunities to grow in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
BASIC DUTIES:
• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Room set-up and break-down
• Take dental x-rays (Radiation Safety certification highly desirable)
• Sterilization of instruments (infection control certificate required)
• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
• Assist with general cleaning and operatory preparation
REQUIREMENTS:
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Infection Control Certificate required.
• X-ray (Radiation Safety) certification is highly desirable
• Friendly, reliable, patient-, and team-oriented personality
