Certified Nursing Assistant

ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a contract opportunity in beautiful Northeast Vermont. • Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Location: Glover
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks from offer
• Pay Rate: $25/hour
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
• Shift Options: Days / Evenings
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be comfortable working both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
• Work Week: Sunday Saturday
• Local Travelers Accepted:

• Skilled nursing environment
• Approximately 44-bed facility
• Charting System: AHC (similar to PointClickCare)
• CNA Staffing Ratios:
  • Days/Evenings: 3 aides downstairs / 2 aides upstairs

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support patient comfort, mobility, hygiene, and safety
• Take and record vital signs
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic charting systems
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting dignity and independence

• Active Vermont CNA/LNA license in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules including 8s and 12s
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for patient care and resident support
