You will focus your energy on engaging warm leads, qualifying candidates, and closing the gap between talent and opportunity./ppCompensation: $2326/hour typical earnings (uncapped commission) This is a performance-driven sales role with strong earning potential. Most team members earn between $2326/hour when factoring in commission, with top performers earning more./ppWhat Youll Do (Inside Sales Focus)/pulliDrive Outreach: Execute 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads who have already expressed interest./liliQualify Consult: Conduct meaningful sales conversations to understand the career goals of prospective students and driver candidates./liliConvert Interest: Effectively present trade school and career opportunities, qualifying candidates to ensure a perfect match./liliManage Pipelines: Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries to move prospects through the funnel to campus recruiters./liliExceed Goals: Identify and cultivate new opportunities while consistently meeting performance targets./li/ulpWhat Youll Need/pulliSales Mindset: Comfort with sales-related activities and a drive to hit performance goals./liliTechnical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using technology, including PCs, CRM platforms, and Google Suite./liliCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly, engaging personality./liliReliability: A steady, recent work history with excellent attendance for this Full-time in-person position./liliBackground: High school diploma required (college preferred); ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check./liliTraits: High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a self-starter attitude./li/ulpWhat We Offer/pulliSolid Earning Potential: Hourly pay plus bonus opportunities and unlimited commission potential.
