Our client is a fast-growing staffing and recruitment solutions provider helping companies scale their teams with high-quality talent. With a strong focus on client relationships and business development, they are expanding their sales team to drive new partnerships and revenue growth. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in staffing and/or recruitment sales. This is a hybrid/on-site SDR role that combines outbound prospecting with in-person client meetings and relationship building. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through both remote outreach and face-to-face interactions. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities within target industries Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or account teams Attend in-person client meetings, site visits, and networking events Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Present staffing/recruitment solutions tailored to client needs Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and activity targets
