Location: 10040 Hillview Rd, Pensacola, FL

Facility: LTC/SNF

Shift: 8 hrs (days) Four Days in a week

Contract: 8 weeks Guaranteed hrs. 32 hrs/week

Pay rate: $38/hr on W2

Pay Period: Weekly

Start: ASAP

Focus on providing the highest quality treatment for patients that allows for excellent patient outcomes

Assess patient condition using knowledge of basic biological and medical science

Propose treatment goals and objectives

Implement patient treatment plans with guidance from the Physical Therapist

Perform certain aspects of patient evaluation and interventions

Instruct patients on physical therapy interventions, modalities and home exercise programs.
