Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer brand service and prioritize the customer shopping experience. Achieve sales target goals and develop professional sales technique. Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandise, collections, and brand history to maximize sales opportunity. Actively maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual standards of the store (including, but not limited to; replenishing stock, organizing shop floor merchandise, checking tags, etc.). Assisting in preparation for in-store release and marketing events. Contribute to the team's working environment by adhering to the company's policies and procedures. Organizing and maintaining the inventory area in a systematic manner on a daily basis. Participating in monthly inventory count. Communicate any potential health, safety, or material loss situations to store management. Frequently required to stand. May be required to crouch, kneel, lift and/or move up to 50lbs, climb ladders as needed.
Qualifications: Previous experience working within retail, hospitality, or service role. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Track record of understanding and delivering instructions and policy. Team player and committed to contributing towards a positive work environment and culture. Consistently punctual and reliable. Able to be flexible with work schedule (expected to work weekends and evenings).
