Job Title:Contracts Manager Location:Dublin Salary: €100,000 - €110,000+ car/car allowance & bonus Projects:Multiple live projects including residential, schools, refurbs, commercial An established and highly respected Irish contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing Dublin-based team. Known for successfully delivering projects across the commercial, education, residential, healthcare, and refurbishment sectors, this contractor has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and repeat business. With a healthy pipeline of work and continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company recognised for its collaborative culture and strong project delivery capabilities. The Role This is a dynamic role overseeing multiple live projects simultaneously, typically including one larger-scale development (€20M€30M) alongside two smaller schemes, such as school refurbishments and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will not be tied to a single project and will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities include: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects across Dublin and surrounding areas Manage project teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Monitor project programmes, budgets, procurement, and operational performance Provide leadership and support to site management teams across multiple locations Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme momentum Attend progress meetings and provide regular reporting to senior leadership Ensure strong health & safety compliance and quality control across all projects Requirements Proven experience in a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Project Management role with a main contractor Strong track record delivering multiple construction projects simultaneously Experience across commercial, refurbishment, education, or residential sectors advantageous Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial awareness and programme management ability Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain high delivery standards If you're interested...
