Responsibilities
What you'll do As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll build relationships and help customers find the right solutions: Make outbound calls to generate and follow up on sales leads Identify customer needs and recommend products and services Answer questions and provide information via phone, email, and text Research and qualify new opportunities Maintain and update customer records and sales activity Stay informed on products, services, and industry trends Collaborate with internal teams to support customer solutions Close sales and work toward achieving targets Participate in ongoing training and development Qualifications
What you bring Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability Motivation to learn and grow in a sales career Organizational skills and ability to multitask Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar) (Customer service, sales, or cold-calling experience is a plusbut not required) What you get Compensation & Growth
