or apply directly on LinkedIn! Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive component development, with a strong preference for experience in battery systems, charging systems, or electromechanical components. Strong technical understanding of battery management systems (BMS) and electromechanical technologies. Experience working with automotive electrical/electronic (E/E) architectures, EMC requirements, DFMEA/FMEA processes, and packaging constraints. Hands-on experience with product validation, supplier coordination, and component development lifecycle activities. Familiarity with automotive quality methodologies, problem-solving tools, and customer warranty/claim management processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technical documentation preparation. Technical Competencies Strong expertise in assigned component families involving both mechanical and electronic/regulator systems such as: 12V Batteries Alternators 12V Belt Starter Generators (BSG) Solid automotive engineering background with knowledge of: Environmental and durability requirements Mechanical system requirements Vehicle E/E architecture EMC fundamentals and compliance Engineering design best practices Design FMEA methodologies Technical drawing review and validation Quality & Continuous Improvement Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities for product and field issues. Develop and implement technical improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing performance. Ensure all quality objectives and customer requirements are consistently achieved. Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively within global cross-functional development teams. Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting technical information to senior leadership. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
