Counter Sales Representative Full Time

Location: Lubbock, TX Schedule: Monday Friday | Daytime Schedule Compensation: Base + commission (Based on experience)

We're hiring a Counter Sales Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role is the face of the branch, helping customers find the right solutions while delivering exceptional service and supporting daily operations.

Provide in-person and phone support to customers by identifying needs and recommending the right products

Build relationships with customers by delivering knowledgeable, high-energy service

Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to drive sales growth

Prepare quotes and process orders accurately using ERP systems

Stay up to date on product lines, vendor offerings, and construction industry trends

Maintain showroom organization, stock levels, and promotional displays

Coordinate with outside sales, service teams, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction

High school diploma or GED required

12 years of experience in construction supply, building materials, or related industry preferred

Knowledge of fasteners, power tools, or pneumatic systems is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Strong math skills with ability to calculate pricing and margins

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Bilingual skills are a plus
