Establishes new accounts and maintains relationships with existing customers in efforts to grow sales. Establish new customer accounts through networking, cold-calling, referrals, and office generated leads. Provide exceptional customer service to our existing customer base. Communicate effectively with shop team to ensure 100% follow-through and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate strong tire and service knowledge to educate and provide recommendations to customers. Position Requirements: High School diploma or GED. 1-2 Years of successful sales experience. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the automotive service market.
