Employees will also receive a free premium membership upon hire./ppResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to:/pulliBecoming a great ambassador promoter of Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, and our services./liliGreeting and checking in with all members, making them feel welcome and essential./liliAnswering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner./liliSelling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals from existing members./liliConducting guest tours./liliAssisting with the clubs daily cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks as assigned by management./liliCreating relationships inside and outside the gym./liliParticipating in or managing various marketing events./liliLearning and adhering to our processes and procedures./liliFollowing up on your portioned incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email./li/ulpCandidate requirements:/pulliMust be 18 years or older/liliMust have open availability/liliAlways display a positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality./liliPreferred candidates will have some experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales and can work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting./liliA flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work nights and weekends./liliPrevious gym experience is preferred but not required./li/ulpWe are looking for candidates who are passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
