At Better Business Bureau, we're focused on advancing trust, supporting small business owners, and creating meaningful community experiences.Do you thrive in fast-paced, hospitality-focused environments where no two days look the same?The Better Business Bureau is looking for a highly organized, hospitality-driven Community Concierge to help support the daily operations and guest experience of ignite sparked by BBB, our 20,000-square-foot innovation and community hub in Phoenix.This is not a traditional front desk role.This is a highly visible hospitality and operations position at the center of meetings, events, workshops, networking activations, small business programming, and community engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix. While regular office hours are expected, flexibility for evenings and Saturdays is required based on programming, events, and campus needs. This is not a traditional 9–5 role.You'll often serve as the first and last point of contact for: ? Small business owners ? Board members ? Community partners

Community and small business activationsWe're looking for someone who is:Hospitality-driven and service-orientedOrganized, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable multitasking in fast-paced environmentsProfessional, polished, and welcomingStrong with communication and relationship-buildingPassionate about community engagement and supporting small business ownersResponsibilities Include:Supporting daily campus operations and guest experienceCoordinating meetings, events, scheduling, and logisticsAssisting with AV coordination, room setup, signage, and catering logisticsSupporting workshops, networking events, and community activationsConducting campus tours and helping increase awareness and utilization of the spaceAssisting with coordination of our part-time Community Concierge AssistantCollaborating across Operations, Marketing, Facilities, and Innovation teamsQualifications:2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, events, office administration, or other guest-facing environmentsExperience coordinating meetings, events, or hospitality-focused experiencesStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Google WorkspaceMust have flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays as neededThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix.
