We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join a nursing home team in Galway. The successful candidate will support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while leading and mentoring a team of nursing and care staff. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing in the overall clinical and operational management of the facility Ensure the highest standards of nursing care in line with HIQA regulations Supervise, support, and develop nursing and healthcare assistant staff Participate in care planning, assessment, and review of residents Promote a positive, safe, and respectful environment for residents and staff Monitor clinical standards, audits, and compliance requirements Requirements Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Minimum 3-5 years' post-registration experience, preferably in elderly care Previous supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Eligibility to work in Ireland What We Offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Opportunities for career progression Supportive and collaborative work environment Ongoing training and professional development For more information or to discuss the role further, please contact Sinead Brennan at FRS Recruitment.
