Overview Applications are invited for the position of Grade IV Officer - Payroll in the Finance Department of St. Vincent's University Hospital. Key Responsibilities Assisting in the preparation and processing of all payrolls in a busy working environment. 1.Assisting in the preparation and processing of all payrolls Processing data across Monthly and Fortnightly payrolls. Processing time sheets and monitoring extra payments Monthly / Fortnightly Reviewing accuracy of manual and on line timesheets Uploading of Files in csv format to payroll system Maintaining and improvement of current payroll procedures Liaising with the various heads of departments Loading of relevant Voluntary deductions to payroll system Monitoring and Processing Social welfare entitlements Advising new employees on tax, universal social charge and ASC deductions Downloading of RPN Notifications from Revenue to Payroll system Uploading of Payee submission files to revenue Resignations - Calculating final payments and issuing ASC45's Assisting employees with on line payslips. Support/Liaising with HR team to ensure correct data flow Scanning payroll files to ensure adequate records are maintained 2.Answering queries, advising staff on benefits on a daily basis. 3.Processing mortgage forms and other forms that arise on a daily basis. 4.Monitoring Salaries E-Mail 5.Carry out other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager in the Salaries Office.
