La Rose Industries LLC, d/b/a Cra-Z-Art, a stationery, activity, and arts & crafts manufacturer in Randolph, NJ, is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled *IT Specialist* with strong *SQL experience* to support, maintain, and optimize our business systems. This role will work closely with internal teams to manage databases, support reporting needs, troubleshoot data issues, and assist with general IT operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
· Develop, write, and maintain *SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports*
· Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across business systems
· Support and maintain databases to ensure accuracy, performance, and security
· Assist with system integrations, data imports, and exports
· Collaborate with business users to gather reporting and data requirements
· Provide general IT support, including hardware, software, and application support as needed
· Document processes, system changes, and technical solutions
· Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing
*Required Qualifications*
· 2+ years of experience in an *IT support, IT analyst, or similar role*
· Strong working knowledge of *SQL* (queries, joins, subqueries, reporting)
· Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
· Understanding of basic networking, Windows systems, and business applications
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Excellent communication and documentation skills
*Preferred Qualifications*
· Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, etc.)
· Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory systems, or order management systems
· Experience with data validation, data cleanup, and performance tuning
· Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar) is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
