If you can listen to residents, coax them when needed, and follow procedures meticulously while staying friendly and approachable, this role is perfect for you./ph3This Role Is for Someone Who/h3ulliCares deeply about seniors and genuinely enjoys spending time with them/liliDelivers care with attention to detail, accuracy, and high standards/liliCan patiently listen to residents stories and coax cooperation when needed/liliFollows established processes and documentation requirements meticulously/liliIs polite, professional, and friendly bringing a smile to residents and teammates/liliWorks as a team player and steps in wherever help is needed/liliMaintains a calm, positive, and supportive environment/li/ulh3Position Summary/h3pThe RCA provides direct care and support to residents, promoting comfort, independence, and dignity. You will assist with personal care, dining, activities, and housekeeping while creating meaningful connections with residents, families, and the care team./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide personal care services professionally and compassionately/liliDocument care accurately and completely/liliReview and prepare shift change logs; communicate key information to incoming staff/liliAlert licensed nurses to changes in resident condition or needs/liliRespond appropriately to emergency call systems/liliFollow proper procedures for Self-Administered Medication Management/liliAssess resident capabilities and provide assistance as needed/liliSupport dining, housekeeping, and activity programs/liliAssist relatives, guests, and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere/liliMaintain a calm, professional, and positive environment/liliTake a team approach, support coworkers and collaborate effectively/liliComplete all required annual in-service training/liliFollow OSHA regulations and safety procedures/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliCurrent Nursing Assistant certification OR completion of a Certified Home Health Aide program/liliUnderstanding of the physical and emotional needs of seniors/liliPatience, compassion, and respect for all residents/liliAbility to work collaboratively as part of a committed, united team/liliDependable, professional, and willing to take ownership of duties/li/ulh3Why Youll Love Working Here/h3ulliBe part of a family-centered, supportive team/liliDeliver high-quality care, that makes a real difference in residents lives/liliEnjoy a culture of collective ownership, trust, and connection/liliAccess excellent benefits, including PTO, health insurance, and employee appreciation programs/li/ulpIf you are compassionate, detail-oriented, and love working with seniors, we want to meet you.
