divh2CNA Team Members Wanted/h2pNorthern Metropolitan Adult Day Health Center is actively seeking CNA Team Members to work Full-Time or Per-Diem for our Adult Day Care facility located in Airmont, NY./ppWe are now offering a $500 Sign-On bonus!/ppDuties:/pulliAssist clients with daily living activities/liliSupport clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning./liliProvide companionship and engage clients in recreational activities./liliAssist with meal preparation and feeding as needed./liliMaintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols./liliCommunicate effectively with clients, and other healthcare team members./liliDocument care provided and report any changes in clients condition to the nursing staff./liliHelp with toileting and continence care./liliProvide emotional support and reassurance to clients./liliAssist with transportation to and from the facility if needed./liliParticipate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMust be able to work as a team member/liliSuccessful completion of a CNA program/liliCurrent NY State Certification/liliIn good standing with State Registry/liliRussian speaking preferred/li/ul/div
