Outbound Inside Sales Representative

Schedule: MondaySunday (7-day coverage required, flexible shifts)

High-volume outbound calling to drive bookings and revenue

Reach out to new leads, past customers, and unsold estimates

Book service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and drain cleaning

Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

• Make consistent outbound calls daily
• Follow up on leads and previous service opportunities
• Re-engage past customers and generate repeat business
• Educate customers on services and create urgency
• Handle objections and confidently close bookings
• Accurately log notes and updates in the system
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets

• Proven outbound sales or call center experience
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a strong plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven
• Must be available to work weekends (7-day operation)
