No experience needed. FREE TRAINING!!! What does a Business Analyst do? A Business Analyst bridges the gap between IT and business needs, analyzing processes, defining requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions to enhance performance. They identify improvement areas, document information, and work closely with different departments to boost efficiency and profitability. Their role involves interpreting data, forecasting trends, and communicating findings, aligning IT infrastructure with business strategies. How does the program work? During your apprenticeship with Catalyte, you will develop and hone your foundational skills as a Business Analyst under tutelage of experienced analysts. You will utilize your new skills supporting client companies in driving forward IT projects. Qualifications Be at least 18 years old Have a high school diploma (10th grade or better ability in reading + math) Basic proficiency using a computer and the internet Be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. for 30 continuous months.
